Our Campuses
Our campuses seek to provide a holistic, carefully structured learning, social and play environment. We strive to provide interior and exterior spaces that are vibrant and encourage self-expression by our children.
Our new Luzerne Campus is set in a highly accessible location, making it convenient for working parents to drop off and pick off their children.
Much like Bencoolen, we have carefully designed our campus as an enriching learning environment for our children. Despite its busy location, Luzerne Campus is a light-filled sanctuary for self-discovery and learning, where the spaces complement our teaching and learning approach.
The interior space of NAFA Arts Preschool (Luzerne Campus) are the efforts of an award winning designer, who had also designed our Bencoolen Campus. The same themes of open layouts, natural light, and glass panels are present. These elements stress connectivity, interplay, and active observation and participation. Children and teachers alike can peer into the other classrooms while being observed at their own work.
In addition, Luzerne Campus has been laid out and configured in geometric shapes and figures, and these physical objects and surfaces lend a tactile and sensory experience to learning about shapes, colours and objects. The Campus has also been done up in a range of bright and vibrant colours, lending a refreshing and energising atmosphere to the environment.
We offer an open dining area for children, which serves a main gathering and communal space for up to 20 children. Dedicated spaces have been set aside for the arts programmes, including an atelier for visual art, a dance studio and a music studio.
Our aim is to provide a cohesive and effervescent environment that promotes our core aim of promoting learning through the arts, fun and exploration.
Our new Bencoolen Campus is thoughtfully designed to facilitate an enriching curriculum for our children. A sanctuary for self-discovery and learning, the spaces are also planned to complement our teaching and learning approach.
The interior space of NAFA Arts Preschool (Bencoolen Campus) stresses open layouts and glass windows to provide visual interconnectivity. Classroom walls have glass panels and children-access passageways, creating opportunities for interplay and interactions between different classes, as well as to create new opportunities for teaching and learning. Children can peer into others’ classrooms while being observed at their own work. A more open, transparent design also provides greater line of sight for teachers inside and outside of the classrooms.
The open dining area is a main gathering and communal space that can hold up to 50 children. Dedicated spaces have been set aside for the arts programmes, including an atelier for visual art, a dance studio and a music studio.
Careful thought has also been given to the colour scheme throughout the 10,580 square feet space. The colour schemes are designed to enhance learning for different age groups. Clean, fresh neutral colours have been chosen for the walls, complemented with uplifting accent colours to highlight fun and play areas.
